Our Story

Blaine Lipkin has been in the insurance industry since 2009. From the beginning, Blaine believed in becoming a specialist in his field and targeting a particular market. He grew his personal practice focusing on physicians and helping to protect their income with disability insurance.  He started by hosting informative luncheon presentations in NYC area hospitals and over time was being referred to physicians all over the country.  The high volume of policies produced allowed Blaine to develop detailed product knowledge, how to effectively communicate with clients, medical underwriting, financial underwriting, and how to implement discount programs.  

Blaine founded Specialized Disability Insurance Services to help clients protect their income with the right disability insurance policy.

As a BGA only focused on disability insurance, Specialized Disability Insurance Services lends their knowledge and expertise to help agents and advisors implement disability insurance policies for their clients. Our goal is to help agents close over 90% of their applications and make sure their clients have a great experience obtaining coverage.
